Coaching Terms & Policies

Provider: Home Quarters Warehouse (HQW), HQW Cleaning Pro Academy
Applies To: All enrolled cleaning firms, facility managers, and business entities (referred to below as "The Client").

Payment Tiers, Billing, and Retainers By enrolling in HQW Cleaning Pro Academy, the Client agrees to the authorized payment structures:

• Pay-Per-Session Tiers: One-off, advisory sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Monthly Flat-Rate Packages: Monthly Accelerator and Enterprise programs are billed automatically every 30 days on a recurring basis. Access to coaching slots, templates, and digital dashboards is immediately suspended if a recurring invoice remains unpaid for more than 3 business days.
• No-Refund Policy: All fees processed for completed sessions, digital SOP downloads, or active monthly retainer cycles are non-refundable.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Late Arrivals

• 24-Hour Notice Required: The Client must provide a minimum of 24 hours' written notice directly to their assigned coach to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Forfeiture: Any cancellation, rescheduling request, or missed appointment made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the immediate forfeiture of that session without credit or refund.
• Tardiness: Sessions will begin and end precisely at the scheduled times. If a Client arrives late, the session will not be extended past the original end time.

Intellectual Property Rights

• Proprietary Notice: All worksheets, standard operating procedure (SOP) templates, cleaning metrics spreadsheets, and operational materials provided to the Client remain the exclusive intellectual property of Home Quarters Warehouse. 
• Usage Restrictions: The Client is granted a single-organization license to use these materials internally. The Client is strictly prohibited from copying, redistributing, reselling, or sharing any HQW proprietary documentation with external organizations or competitors.

Mutual Confidentiality Both HQW Cleaning Pro Academy and the Client agree to maintain a strict data firewall. All proprietary financial data, internal employee records, local client names, and strategic business vulnerabilities disclosed during the coaching relationship will remain completely confidential and will never be shared with third parties without express written consent.

 Limitation of Liability: HQW Cleaning Pro Academy Coaches deliver advisory guidelines based on industry best practices.. However, the operational execution remains entirely the responsibility of the Client. Home Quarters Warehouse, its corporate entities, and its coaches shall not be held liable for any client contract terminations, property damage, slip-and-fall incidents, workforce safety violations, or regulatory fines occurring at the Client's job sites.
